Barbell Work:
1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch
2) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and jerk

4 HSPU
12 Goblet squats (53#/35#)
Rest 1:1

Additional:
2 Rounds of:
400m sprint
30 GHD sit-ups
400m sprint
Rest as needed between rounds
