Personal Programming and Remote Coaching

I have full faith and confidence in the basic training template that I have designed from a strength and work capacity standpoint. The programming is set up in the same fashion as a "season" for the sole reason that as CrossFit athletes, we must now train to compete in our sport. For this reason, we will do a lot of strength work in the off-season, we will practice necessary skills leading into the season, and we will shift towards a metcon/interval training focus leading up to the CrossFit Open each year.

For those who wish to address specific weaknesses or who wish to shift this season to prepare for local competitions/other events, I can personalize the programming cycle for you. More importantly, I offer remote coaching where I can critique your lifting technique and WOD performances to make you as efficient as possible in your movement. In a sport that punishes poor movement, it is important for you to master technique to succeed. NOTE: I also have experience writing rehab programs and can help athletes recover from old injuries, surgeries, etc.
