One-on-One Personal Coaching Sessions

If you are interested in personal training and coaching at Reebok CrossFit Back Bay, we are now offering private sessions in the back area with our 5 brand new lifting platforms and in our newly finished weightlifting room. I will be offering one-on-one training focused on improving proficiency in the Olympic lifts and building strength and stability as a foundation for increased strength gains.

These sessions will focus on:
* Technique in various parts of the Snatch, Clean and Jerk
* Skill transfer exercises to improve power and speed
* Core/midline strengthening to improve stability in the pull and catch
* A progression of exercises focused on building strength in proper positions

These sessions are invaluable for those looking to get the most out of their in-class workouts and for those looking to build true strength and power. Some of my credentials include:
* One of the strongest and most technically proficient lifters in competitive CrossFit in our area
* Has trained with, and continuing to train with, Russian Master of Sport weightlifter Nikita Durnev
* In charge of strength programming for our entire competition team and the soon-to-be-implemented Back Bay strength room
* Well-versed in the work of Greg Everett, Louie Simmons, Mark Rippetoe, Bob Takano and other prominent writers/coaches in the strength, powerlifting, and weightlifting communities

The cost of these sessions will be $85/session and they will run for one hour. These sessions will work around your schedule and will be offered at any time I am not coaching a group class. If you are more interested in training with a friend or two, I also offer small group sessions. I am accepting groups of 2-3 people to train concurrently, and the cost of these sessions will be lowered to $65/session per person due to group vs individual training. These sessions will still be one hour long, and will be structured to improve positions and strength for all clients. Each session will focus on the snatch or clean/jerk separately, with some hybrid sessions occurring for advanced clients or in later sessions as the skill level of each client increases.
