BARBELL WORK: Split jerk, 7x2 @ 90% with 4 second pause in catch -- rest 75s between sets

STRENGTH: Front squat, 2x3 @ 85%, 2x2 @ 90%, 2x2 @ 95%, rest 2 mins between sets

WORK CAPACITY: AMRAP 12 of:
* 4 HSPU
* 8 Deadlift (275#/185#)
* 12 Toes-through-rings
