Barbell WorkSnatch 6x1 @ 85%, Snatch pull 5x5 @ 80% 1RM snatch -- rest 75s between all sets

Strength: Low-bar box squats 31x1 tempo, 5x3 @ 85%, rest 2 mins between

Work Capacity: 5 rounds for time of: 
* 8x Squat clean thrusters (135#/95#)
* 16x Box jumps (24"/20")
