Workout of the Day

Barbell Work: Clean and jerk 7x1 @ 95%, Power clean 3x3 @ 85% -- rest 75s between sets

Strength: 5x3 Push press AHAP, rest 2 mins between sets

Work Capacity: 4 rounds each for time of:
* Row 500m
* Rest 3 minutes between efforts
