Workout of the Day

Warm-Up: 3x Burgener warm-up (snatch) @ 115#/75#

Strength: 5x1 Snatch Balance AHAP -- only complete reps count

Work Capacity 1: AMRAP 10 minutes of:
* 20x Double-unders
* 5x Power Snatches (165#)

Work Capacity 2: 3 Rounds for time of:
* 7x Deadlifts (345#)
* 14x HSPU

Extra Credit: Row 1,000m; rest 2 minutes; row 1,000m

    I could have got 225 if I had a chance to focus, was pretty pressed for time.

    WC #1: 3rds+20 double-unders - this was terrible was failing half the reps pretty much

    WC#2: 5:38 Deadlfts were a little slow but I managed to do all the HSPU without coming off the wall.

    work capacity #1: 5 rnds @ 125# (double-unders are getting real smooth but still need to work on snatches... still feel very awkward)

    work capacity #2: 11:18 @ 215#

    WC1: Did with 145 the first round, then 135 thereafter. Completed 4 full rounds + 20 DUs and 3 snatches
