Workout of the Day

Warm-Up: 50 Unbroken Wall balls (20#/14#)

Strength: 5x1 Hang Squat Snatch @ 85% (pause in catch for 2-3 seconds)

Work Capacity: "Isabel" w/ squat snatches for time:
* 30x Snatches (full squat) -- 135#/95#

Work Capacity 2: For time:
* 1,000m row
* 10x Muscle-ups

Extra Credit: For time:
* 50x Shoulder-to-overhead (65#/45#)

    Strength: 165,165,170,175,180(f),180,175

    Work Capacity: 4:16, 5 straight then singles - some of these were not pretty I forget to finish the pull when thinking of just pulling under the bar.

    Work Cap #2: 6:26. Dunno why but muscle-ups were terrible after the row. Rowed under 3:35, all singles on the muscle-ups with 4 failed reps and two very deep dips.

    Extra: 3rds: 50 double-unders / 20 pistols - 6:18, doubles took around 25 secs a round - pistols suck.
