Active Recovery Day

Warm-up: Row 500m for time


Work Capacity: AMRAP 12 minutes of:

* 1x KB Swing (53#/35#)

* 1x Burpee

* 2x KB Swings

* 2x Burpees

Continue to increase reps by 1 each until the 12 minutes are complete. Score is round completed plus additional reps.


Extra Credit: 50x hollow rocks, 50x GHD hip extensions, 50x leg levers
