Workout of the Day

Warm-Up: 3 Rounds of pistol hold (30s each leg, 30s rest between rounds)

Strength: Snatch Ladder -- perform one rep at a light weight and perform one rep EMOTM in increasing increments of 10# until failure

* 400m row
* 200m run
* 200m row
