Workout of the Day

Warm-Up: 1,000m row, 25 pistols

Strength: 5x4 Clean Pulls AHAP

Work Capacity 1: For time:
* 30x Hang Power Cleans (225#/135#)

Work Capacity 2: For time:
* 50x Bodyweight Back Squats
Penalty of 4 pull-ups every minute on the minute until squats are completed.

Extra Credit: With 45# bar:
* 50x Snatch Balance

  3. took yesterday off due to a cold but got back to the gym today and decided to switch/mix-match some exercises:

    extra credit: shoulder to overhead 50x - 1:57 @ 65#
