Warm-Up: 5 Rounds of:
* 5x one-arm KB swing to face (35#/20#)
* 5x one-arm KB C&J
* 5x one-arm KB snatch
* 5x one-arm KB swing to face -- go through with one arm first then switch arms

Strength: 3x3 hang clean (225#/135#)

Work Capacity: 5 Rounds of:
* Row 200m
* 10x DB Hang clean (70#/50#)
* Rest 1 minute

Extra Credit: DB Snatch practice @ 100#/70#
