Workout of the Day

Warm-Up: 3x Burgener warm-up (Clean and jerk) @ 45#

Strength: 5x2 Clean and Jerk (70, 70, 75, 75, 80%), 5x2 Snatch (70, 70, 75, 75, 80%)

Work Capacity: AMRAP 10 minutes:
* 6x DB snatch (70#/100# -- alternating arms)
* 12x Burpees

Extra Credit: 5x400m row, 2 minute rest between efforts
