Workout of the Day

Barbell Work:
1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch
2) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Rack jerk

Strength:
20 minutes to establish a 1RM Front squat

Work Capacity:
"Fran" re-test 21-15-9 reps for time of:
Thrusters (95#/65#)
Pull-ups

Additional:
3x10 Weighted back extensions AHAP
200 sit-ups
