BARBELL WORK:
1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Deadlift

STRENGTH:
For time:
100 Double-unders
50 Hand-release push-ups
40 KB Swings (53#/35#)
50 Hand-release push-ups
100 Double-unders

ADDITIONAL:
3x30 GHD sit-ups
3x10 Barbell shrugs AHAP
