WORKOUT OF THE DAY

WORK CAPACITY:
4 Rounds each for time of:
Row 1,000m
10 Push press (115#/75#)
30 Double-unders
Rest 4 minutes

SKILL:
Pistol practice:
5 minutes of alternating pistols at moderate pace (use plates as needed)

ADDITIONAL:
EMOTM 8 minutes:
6 Push-ups
12 Sit-ups
