* 10 Thrusters (135#/95#)
* 10 C2B pull-ups
* 30 Double-unders
* Rest 2 minutes between rounds
Work Capacity 2: 21-15-9 reps for time of:
* Box jumps (24"/20")
* Burpees
Additional: 50x GHD sit-ups, 50x GHD hip extensions
