Work Capacity 1: AMRAP 10 minutes of:

Work Capacity 2: 3 Rounds for time of:
* 7x Deadlifts (345#)
* 14x HSPU

ReplyDeleteI could have got 225 if I had a chance to focus, was pretty pressed for time.
WC #1: 3rds+20 double-unders - this was terrible was failing half the reps pretty much
WC#2: 5:38 Deadlfts were a little slow but I managed to do all the HSPU without coming off the wall.

ReplyDeletework capacity #1: 5 rnds @ 125# (double-unders are getting real smooth but still need to work on snatches... still feel very awkward)
