Workout of the Day
Warm-Up: 3x Burgener warm-up (snatch) @ 45#Strength: 5 rounds of:
* 1x snatch balance
* 1x hang squat snatch
Both @ 80% 1RM snatch (bump up to 85% if you are stable in the catch)
Work Capacity: EMOTM 10 minutes of:
* 20x Double-unders
* 1x Snatch @ 95% 1RM
If you fail to complete a designated rep at 95%, drop to 90% and repeat that minute -- you MUST complete 10 minutes of work
Extra Credit: 3 Rounds of:
* Max unbroken muscle-ups
* Rest 2 minutes
