ReplyDeleteWC1: Finished in 27:38 @ 155 for first round, scaled down to 135 for remaining rounds.
This was an extremely challenging workout for me, my legs were still pretty burnt out from yesterday's WOD.
WC1: did 4 rounds in 26:58 with 185. Wrist started bothering me so I stopped. Tough, tough workout.
