* 40x Pull-ups
* 30x Shoulder-to-overhead (85#/65#)
* 50x Overhead squats (65#/45#)
* 40x Pull-ups
* 30x Shoulder-to-overhead (65#/45#)

WC1: 7:18 60#

WC1: used 85# and finished in 7:39
ReplyDeleteWC2: completed first two sets, 50 overhead squats, and 9 pullups before the time CAP was reached.
Wc#1- 7:35, only failed one I think I can try to move a bit faster
