Workout of the Day

Warm-up:With empty barbell, 5 rounds of the barbell complex:
* 5x press
* 5x push press
* 5x push jerk
* 5x split jerk

Strength: 5x10 alternating DB press AHAP, 5x10 KB clean and jerk (70#/53# -- alternating arms)

Work Capacity: AMRAP 12 of:
* 5x Box jumps (40"/30")
* 3x Squat cleans (205#/145#)

Extra Credit: 5 rounds of:
* 200m row
* 10x GHD sit-ups
* 10x GHD hip extensions
