* 30 Thrusters (45#/35#)
* 3 Rope climbs
* 20 Thrusters (45#/35#)
* 2 Rope climbs
* 10 Thrusters (45#/35#)
* 1 Rope climb

Additional: AMRAP 5 minutes of:
* Handstand walk for total distance
