Workout of the Day

Warm-up: With empty barbell do:
* 40x Hang muscle clean
* 40x Split jerk

Barbell Work: 6x2 Clean and jerk @ 70% -- rest 75 seconds between sets

Strength: Front squat, 5x5 @ 75%, rest 2 minutes between all sets

Work Capacity: 15-12-9 reps of:
* HSPU
* Box jumps (30"/24")
