Workout of the Day
Warm-up: Split footwork drills, then 3 rounds of:* 15x C2B pull-ups
* 30x Air squats
Barbell Work: 7 rounds of:
* 2x Push jerks
* 2x Split jerks
Barbell loaded to 70% of 1RM jerk, rest 90 seconds between sets and bar must be supported in front rack during sets
Strength: Strict press, 5x4 @ 70%, rest 2 minutes between sets
Work Capacity: 3 rounds of:
* Run 400m
* Row 500m
* Rest 2 minutes between rounds
