Workout of the Day
Warm-up: Split footwork drills, then with empty barbell perform the following:* 25x Hang power clean
* 25x Push jerk
* 25x Split jerk
Barbell Work: 5x1 Push jerk @ 90%, 5x1 Split jerk @ 90% -- rest 60 seconds between each
Strength: Sotts press, 5x5 AHAP, rest 2 minutes between sets
Work Capacity: 3 Rounds for time of:
* 500m row
* 15x Deadlifts (225#/155#)
