Warm-up: Split footwork drills, then with empty barbell perform:* 25x Hang squat snatch
* 25x Hang squat clean
* 25x Snatch balance
Barbell Work: 7x1 Snatch @ 95%, 7x1 Clean @ 95% -- rest 75 seconds between each
Strength: Hi-bar back squat, 5x5 @ 85%, rest 2 minutes between sets
Work Capacity: EMOTM 14 minutes:
* Odd minutes = 10 C2B pull-ups
* Even minutes = 10 HSPU
