Strength:
1) 20 minutes to establish 1RM Strict Press
2) 20 minutes to establish 1RM Weighted Pull-up

Work Capacity: For total reps of each:
* Max effort set of HSPU
Rest 3 minutes
* ME set of pull-ups
Rest 3 minutes
* ME set of KB swings (53#/35#)
