Workout of the Day

Barbell Work:
1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Snatch
2) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Clean and jerk

Work Capacity:
5 Rounds for time of:
Row 300m
7 HSPU
14 T2B
Rest 1:1

* Rest as needed, then

EMOTM 6 minutes:
20 Wall balls (20#/14#)
* Focusing on actively pulling into the bottom

Core:
Immediately after the conclusion of the OTM wall balls, hold a 3 minute front plank aiming to be as perfectly rigid as possible
