Snatch: 1x1 @ 75%, 1x1 @ 80%, 4x1 @ 85%, 3x1 @ 90%, 2x2 @ 80%
* Rest exactly 60s between each rep, change/add weights quickly in the same fashion as 13.1
Strength:
1) 5x5 Behind-the-neck strict press (snatch grip) heavier than last week -- rest 60s
