Warm-up: 400m run, 10x inch-worm crawls, 25x pistols (alternating legs)Strength: 3 Rounds of:
* 5x Deadlifts AHAP
* 50x Hollow rocks
Work Capacity: For time (perform at 80-85% effort):
* Row 2,000m
* 50x GHD sit-ups
* 50x GHD hip extensions
Try and keep the row under 20 strokes/minute -- treat this as active recovery
