Work Capacity: AMRAP 12 of:
* 5x Box jumps (40"/30")
* 3x Squat cleans (205#/145#)
Extra Credit: 5 rounds of:
* 200m row
* 10x GHD sit-ups
* 10x GHD hip extensions
