For those of you not competing in the Reebok CrossFit Back Bay Internal Throwdown, your WOD for today is as follows:Barbell Work: 5x2 Clean and jerk @ 85%, 2x1 C&J @ 92%, 5x3 Clean pull AHAP -- rest 75s between all sets
Strength: Behind-the-neck strict press, 5x5 AHAP, rest 2 mins between sets
