Barbell Work: Clean and jerk 6x1 @ 85%; Power clean 3x3 @ 75% -- rest 75s between sets
Strength: Split jerk from split (start in split, dip drive and land back in split) 5x2 AHAP, rest 2 mins between sets

* 50 Push-ups
* 40 Wall balls (30#/20#)
* 30 Cal row
* 20 Pistols (alternating legs)
* 10 L pull-ups
