Strength: Hi-bar back squat w/ 23x1 tempo, 5x3 @ 85%, rest 2 mins between sets
Work Capacity: EMOTM 14 minutes of:
* Odd minutes = 3 Deadlifts (315#/225#), 6 Ring dips
* Even minutes = 10 T2B
