WORKOUT OF THE DAY

BARBELL WORK:
1) 20 minutes to establish 1RM Snatch
2) 20 minutes to establish 1RM C&J

STRENGTH:
Front Squat: 1x5 @ 80%, 2x3 @ 85%, 2x3 @ 87.5%, 2x3 @ 90% -- rest 2;00

WORK CAPACITY:
"Cindy" AMRAP 20 minutes of:
* 5 Pull-ups
* 10 Push-ups
* 15 Air squats

ADDITIONAL:
1 mile run for time
