Workout of the Day

1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Jerk
2) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Deadlift

This is the first day of the testing week. Record your lifts and benchmarks; these will be important numbers for the next few months. Expect to see a LOT more weightlifting appear in this new cycle.
