Workout of the Day

Barbell Work:
1) 5x2 Clean pulls @ 80% 1RM Clean and jerk -- rest 75s
2) 5x2 Jerk off racks @ 80% 1RM Clean and jerk -- rest 75s

Strength:
1) 20 minutes to establish a 1RM Front squat
* Plenty of rest, try to hit your heaviest lift in 5-6 attempts

Work Capacity:
For times of each:
Run 1 mile
Rest 5 minutes
