Active Recovery Day
Depending on how you feel either take a full rest/mobility day or you may perform some form of active recovery if your body can handle it. For those of you looking to get a little funky, I recommend the following:Warm-Up: For time do:
* 50x Unbroken Wall-balls (20#/14#)
Active Recovery: AMRAP 15 minutes of:
* 5x Burpees
* 15x Double-Unders
Skill: 3 Rounds of:
* 1 minute max wall-runs to pockets
* 30 second rest
